Our fully trained mobile fax/printer engineers are able to repair most faults on-site at your premises. Parts are charged as necessary but we will ask you first, before fitting anything, to obtain your approval. If a faulty fax machine needs to be removed from your office we will leave you with a free replacement loan fax machine to minimise the time that your office is without essential equipment. Annual fax/printer maintenance contracts are available on request. We are hp laserjet printer and hp designjet plotter specialists but repair all makes of fax, printer, plotter and copier.

* Our "No fix - No fee" policy does not apply to repairs when parts are no longer available, or to repairs if the customer asks us to cease, because the cost of repair is uneconomical.
